Subject: Illy Distribution Center

As many of you know, I am a truck driver.  A couple of months ago I was in New Jersey, I hate to admit it but I can't remember what town, and I was at a distribution center to pick up a south bound load into North Carolina.  This distribution center was one where they do distro for many different customers, so there could be tools, parts, dry food and clothing being stored and distributed from the same facility.  I was going there to pick up Jello snack packs, of all things.  When I walked in the door this is what I saw.  Lots of Illy.  I mean LOTS of it.  I asked if they were just one of many distro houses and they said they were THE Eastern Seaboard, Gulf Coast and Midwest distributor and the guy thought they did the West Coast as well, but he wasn't sure about that last part.

BTW, he said somebody just pulled up a couple weeks before this and backed their truck up to the dock...acted like they knew what they were doing...grabbed a forklift and loaded a trailer full of Illy and drove off into the sunset.  Two trailers full!  He said they installed all sorts of security stuff after that (nice timing).

So, for all of you Illy lovers, check your supplier! LOL !
