Just wanted to report that Terroir Coffee is a model of great customer service on returns/replacements. I ordered a Baratza Virtuoso grinder that didn't work properly. I called and Terroir insisted that I not return it until they had sent a replacement machine that I was happy with -- which they rushed to me 2 days later, and was fine. Return of the bad unit of course was pre-paid. (Having had less happy experiences with some other online vendors recently, just wanted to give credit to a very responsible one.)
