My husband and I are huge at-home espresso fiends now that we relocated from the mecca of Portland, OR to St. Petersburg, FL.  I have become quite the master of the Rancilio and we are now considering an opening of our own excellent artisanal-focus cafe in the future.

I love print mags as well as online stuff; can anyone let me know the print magazines focusing on coffee, espresso, excellent cafes etc I should check out?  We will not be doing roasting ourselves for awhile, but is Roast appropriate for those of us just learning about roasts from the other side?  Thanks for the advice!

Hi Irčne,

Barista Magazine
Roast Magazine
Fresh Cup
Tea & Coffee

Roast magazine is from a professional viewpoint, but it's a great magazine with technical articles, lots of excellent information., etc.
