I don't own an Aeropress, but I can give you the measurements of the backpack bottle. The diameter of the rim is 5.5cm, and there's a lip the lid's gasket sits on when assembled approximately 2.4cm below.
Do all of these accommodate a standard plastic Melitta-style drip cone? I have a 16-oz Nissan from many years ago and the opening is slightly too small. I want to be able to measure out my water, boil it, and then pour all of it in without having to use a middleman container or having to eyeball anything.
