Anyhoo, roasted some IMV to C+. Omw, Strawberry & Peaches or something. Best-tasting coffee I've ever had to-date.

Mark.I have the bean color right. but when I bite into the bean it is soild not the britle crack when I bite into the same bean that a pro roasted did. Can I roast the beans so more it,s a peaberry type mabye I should stick to a all most full roast

should last 6 months mine only lasted about 6 roasts over 2weeks.

And one more caveat - I've read that the some recent models of popcorn poppers now have a heater cutoff fuse that will shut down the heating coils once the temperatures get above 400F. Can someone provide me with a short list of the hot air poppers that are on the shelves now that definitely work (don't have such a limitation)? Thanks!

Thanks for the excellent article. I have been on the fence on this and need to jump in and try it. Since I already have a hot air popper in the house does anyone have any experience with the Presto Poplite Corn Popper (model #0482007)? Anythings to watch out for? Thanks

The only one Target sells, $14.00 It's called a Chefmate. I have 2 of them. Their thermostat (and roasting times) vary wildly from one to the other. But each roasts at the same temp/profile every time.
