hmm...interesting news about the Breville machine. I wonder if it'll be any good. I once bought an 800ESXL and while it made terrible espresso it was a nice machine in construction and how it felt and looked

As a SCAA Event first-timer and generally uninitiated coffee amateur, I have to say I had a great time at the show today. Espro and Baratza were the highlights for me. Great people and really cool gear at both booths. I also had a very tasty shot at the La Marzocco booth. I was told at the LM booth that the Shot Brewer is or will soon be available for sale, but that may have been a misunderstanding. It didn't sound right to me, at least. Can anyone confirm or deny?

I'm pretty sure that is what he meant. They had a "shot puller" machine at the show and they let me pull a few shots with it. It uses the same mechanical paddle setup as the Strada, but it is a GS3 body with just a single PID boiler
