Mark, Super Sw e e e e t.
Now whenever any of the rest of us get grief about our set-ups, we can always threaten to upgrade to your calibre. That ought to put an end to any complaints.

P.S. By the way, I have some Amish acquaintances who have fewer plumbing restrictions than you do ;>)

Wow, what gorgeous coffee palace. I'm especially pleased to see your continued allegiance to vac pot (siphon) style coffee. I'm just looking for an excuse to get up your way and sample the coffee. I'm looking forward to the new version of CG, but this version has been OK by me. Don't forget to pay the electric bill. ;>D

Looks like fun! I might have to schedule one of my Vancouver bound trips around a 200 level course... where will we be able to find out more details on that?
As for your design needs - you might want to have a peek at JUICY STUDIOS if you want something fresh...

Hi Mark,
I've been looking for an ultra-precise scale (.1 grams) to measure ground coffee in my portafilter. Could you tell me the make and model of the dual scales used in the CoffeeGeek Lab? Also, great read. I hope to visit Vancouver someday and enroll in one of your classes. Good luck!

Your lab is amazing. This is waaaay beyond addiction. Compulsive obsessive? I'm new at brewing my own, so I have allot to learn! My machine was $25 at Ross.
