Amazing... I can only dream of a setup like yours. So you talk about your scales for the Chemex briefly, but what are they exactly?

Not only is the lab really cool - but I now have a reference to show non sympathetic family members that my collection of espresso makers is not really that big.

They roll their eyes when I talk about new/additional espresso devices or accessories.
