Today I, never having seen "cafe olé" on a menu, asked the PBTC what it was.

Silly me.

I had to laugh, though.

True story, I swear. I would not "disassemble" about this.

Are there plans to update/expand the glossary? Put it in a portable format? Design it into something wannabe coffeegeeks could get at artisan coffee shops? Published in Imbibe? Dropped from a plane on the least espresso-savvy parts of the globe?

Great glossary!

I posed a question regarding the difference between the words "pre infusion" and "infusion" in a different section of the forums below:

"Difference between "Pre-infusion" and "Infusion" and a proposed definition"

I also gave my personal definition but got no feedback: perhaps I was not controversial enough!

I find pre infusion in your glossary,  but not infusion.  What are your thoughts on the subject?

Let's get the spelling right, please.
English, French, Italian
coffee, café, caffè
cream, crème, crema
milk, lait, latte

Those are correct:
"café crème"
"café au lait"
"caffè latte"

Those are NOT correct:
"caffé"
"cafè"
"cafè latte"
