Hey RussP,
I was reading a thread here the last couple days. Somebody in Wisconsin had posted they were going to Chicago and was asking if anyone would join him in a cafe tour. Well, Doug Zell responded and offered his roasting works up for the event. Apparently alot of people attended and all had fun and learned alot. I was just thinking that if your facilities would allow it, and you were willing, this would be a great thing to do. I have read alot of your posts, and looked at your website but have never taken the plunge to try or buy your coffees. I think this would be a boost for other people as well that want to try a new roaster. Anyway, just a thought. And if you do go for this, count me in as attending.
